Robert Pattinson: “My character is just like a man-whore!”

Robert Pattinson’s Bel Ami character couldn’t be any less like Edward Cullen.

We’re used to seeing Rob play a mushy, sparkly vampire in the Twilight flicks, so Bel Ami will be a refreshing change.

“No one is going to like me in that movie,” he said.

“My character is just like a man-whore! That is why it is fun to play it because it is a totally a-moral character.

“Anyone who gives him anything he will just take it and stab them in the back afterwards.

“He has absolutely no redeeming characteristics the entire way through the movie and even then people just keep rewarding him the entire time. But I think that is how the world is most of the time.”
