Alec Baldwin says he offered to take a pay put to save 30 Rock.

The actor, who plays Jack Donaghy in the hit comedy, offered to take a 20% hit for the show, which is currently in its seventh and final season.

“I offered NBC to cut my pay 20% in order to have a full 7th and 8th seasons of 30 Rock,” he tweeted. “I realize times have changed. I am looking forward to some time off.”
