Rachel Bilson hits out at new Emma Watson movie The Bling Ring

Rachel Bilson has slammed new movie The Bling Ring.

The movie, starring Emma Watson, is based on the real story of a gang of LA teens who robbed a series of celebrity homes.

The gang amassed a whopping $3 million from the homes of the rich and famous, including Megax Fox, Audrina Patridge, Orlando Bloom, Paris Hilton and Rachel Bilson.

Rachel isn’t too happy about The Bling Ring, and cannot understand why movie makers would glamourise it in such a way.

“I thought it was weird to glorify something that was so upsetting for a lot of people,” she told Cosmopolitan magazine.

“It’s important to detach from material things, but the special, personal things I lost are hard to forget.”

The Bling Ring hits cinemas on Friday.
