Photos: Dizzee Rascal closes Party in the Park, Leeds

Another year, another awesome Party in the Park, Leeds. This year it was Dizzee Rascal who closed the show and what an excellent job he did.

Dizzee performed a mixture of favourites and new material, and delighted the crowd with a performance of Goin’ Crazy, although Robbie Williams wasn’t there to make it perfect, instead we had to make do with a recording of his part.

“Had a wicked time at @radioaire #PITPLeeds today. Shout to everyone who waited in the rain! 1 love,” Dizzee tweeted after the show.

After a day of showers the rain stopped just in time for Dizzee’s set, not that a little rain would have stopped the crowd jumping up and down and making some noise. At this stage in the day, everyone was having way too much fun to care about the weather.
