Kylie to play Charlene Mitchell again?

The executive producer for Aussie soap Neighbours has invited Kylie Minogue to return the soap “any way she desires”!!!

Those of us lucky enough to catch the repeats will know that Kylie shot to fame playing tom-boy mechanic Charlene Mitchell in the soap.

More than two decades have passed since she hung up those blue overalls for the very last time but Kylie recently confessed it could be fun to go back to the show.

She’s actually given it a lot of thought and dreamt up a scenario for her comeback, saying: “Charlene would screech up the drive in her souped-up Mini which she’s been working on all the time. It would be hilarious.”

The producers responded to Kylie’s remarks on the soap’s Australian website, saying: “Kylie can arrive in a Mini, in a hot-air balloon or even parachute, anyway she desires, we would welcome her with open arms.”

They even added a small bribe of a dressing room full of  Milo and Tim Tams, which the singer has admitted being homesick for.
